P.G. Grande Réserve – Méthode traditionnelle

Traditional Method Sparkling Wine – 24 months on lees
Aromatic, delicate and breezy

Category:

Description

Grape varieties: Chardonnay (80%), Folle Blanche (20%)

Winemaking: Thanks to ageing of over 24 months on lees, this wine develops delicate bubbles and a rich aromatic profile.

The alcoholic or primary fermentation of the base wines takes place at our winery. This blend then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle; this method of sparkling wine making is known as the ‘traditional method’.

Tasting impressions:

Appearance: Lemon yellow colour.

Nose: Floral bouquet.

Palate: Supple mouthfeel and fine bubbles that subtly reveal the wine’s flavours.

Suggested food pairings:

Hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

Serve well-chilled at about 8°C to 10°C.
